One step at a time
One to ones are the perfect way to progress or begin your practice
whether you are a seasoned Yogi, brand new to the practice or recovering from an injury. They are also perfect for you if you don’t feel comfortable in a group class and would like to gain more confidence in your practice. I offer in person classes in the Flamstead, Hemel-Hempstead and Hertfordshire areas.
One to One With Helen
Initially we book in a free zoom consultation, where we can have a friendly and no obligation chat about what it is you are looking to gain from a 1:1 session.

You will be required to fill out a health form prior to our chat.

It is really important at this stage that I have as much information as possible from you regarding your health especially if you are recovering from illness or injury.
NB You must have clearance from your your health practitioner before you undertake any yoga classes with me.
After we have gotten to know each other a bit, we can then book in our first session together whether this is online via Zoom or in person. In this first session I will be able to determine where you are in your practice and how best to proceed together. I always take things nice and slowly in this first session, to make sure that you feel supported and that we are going at your pace. It is important that you feel relaxed and that we can build up a feeling of trust between us.
If we are both happy with the session, then we can talk about how we should continue.
​I normally suggest at least ten 1 x weekly sessions, to begin with, to start to see real progress.
